How we sell: ordering, confirmation, delivery, cash on delivery and pricing.

El Fetla sells traditional embroidery and tailoring supplies, brought from Istanbul and resold in Algeria. Our contact details are in the footer of every page and on the Contact page.
Hosting: in Algeria.
An order is recorded as soon as you confirm it, after your phone number is verified with a 6-digit code. It ships only after a confirmation call, during which we check the items, the address and the amount. You can cancel at no cost while it has not shipped.
All prices are in Algerian dinars, all taxes included. The price shown is the price paid: nothing is added at payment except delivery, which is shown before you confirm. Totals always land on a multiple of 50 DA, because the courier cannot give change below that.
Payment is in cash, on delivery, only. We do not offer card payment and we never ask for banking details. Nothing is due before the parcel arrives.
Delivery is 600 DA anywhere in Algeria, 400 DA in Algiers, and free from 7 500 DA. Allow 2 to 5 working days after confirmation — excluding Friday, Saturday and public holidays, and longer to the far south. We deliver to the address you give us and to that address only; the courier calls before arriving and you pay him then.
The change-of-mind return window is a commercial commitment, set out in our return policy. Any item that is faulty or not what you ordered is taken back at our cost, under Law no. 18-05 of 10 May 2018 on e-commerce (article 23). Appliances, instruments and tools also carry the legal warranty of Law no. 09-03 of 25 February 2009 (article 13) and Executive Decree no. 13-327 of 26 September 2013, whose length is shown on each product’s page.
