Your phone number, your name and your delivery address — the minimum for a parcel to arrive. Your email only if you give one: it is never required. We keep your order history, because bookkeeping and after-sales need it.

The site is fully hosted in Algeria: the site and your data (orders, account) are stored on servers located in Algeria.

It exists only to check that the number you gave is yours. It expires after 30 minutes and is never stored in our database.

We do not sell or rent your data. We only send offers or new arrivals if you ticked the box for it — giving an email address is not a subscription. You can unsubscribe in one click from any of those messages, and it never affects messages about your orders.

You can view, correct or delete your account at any time from the Account page. Deletion erases your addresses, favourites and reviews; order history is kept without a link to your identity, because bookkeeping requires it.
