What we are asked most often. If your question is not here, write to us — we answer, and the question ends up here.

No. You order without one: your phone number is enough. We send a 6-digit code to confirm the number is yours — that is the only check, and it protects your order as much as ours. An account takes one tap afterwards if you want your order history.
Yes. Message us with the reference, the colour and the quantity, and we enter the order into the same system: same order number, same tracking, same confirmation call. The site is faster if you already know what you want.
To confirm the items, the address and the amount before the parcel leaves. It catches colour and length mistakes, which are the expensive ones here, and it stops a parcel travelling for nothing. If we cannot reach you after three attempts the order is cancelled and you can place it again whenever you like.
On delivery, in cash, to the courier. Nothing is paid when you order and we never ask for a card. The price shown is the final price: all taxes included, with nothing added at the end.
Yes, as far as you can. The courier cannot give change below 50 DA. That is why every total we quote lands on a multiple of 50 — the figure you see is always payable as it stands. It is in the message you receive and on the tracking page.
600 DA everywhere, 400 DA in Algiers, and free from 7 500 DA. The rate is the same in every wilaya — no distance supplement and no surprise at the end.
2 to 5 working days after confirmation. Friday and Saturday do not count, nor do public holidays. The far south takes longer and the date shown accounts for it. You see a real date range before you confirm, not a vague promise.
A courier from our delivery partner, right to your door. He calls before coming, and he may introduce himself under his own company's name rather than El Fetla's: it is still your order. If you have a question, the reference to give is your order number, the one starting with FTL-, and the tracking page on this site shows where the parcel is.
No — we deliver only to the address you give us. The courier calls before coming, and you pay then. If you cannot be there, give an address where someone can take the parcel and pay for you: that is the only arrangement available.
We cover all 69 wilayas. A few very remote communes are not served by our delivery partners; where that is the case the site tells you as you pick your commune, before you commit to anything.
Every product page states the exact length or weight of the spool, roll or box, and how many are in a pack. For a karakou, buy long: one spool too many beats stopping mid-piece. Volume prices are shown on the page with the quantity that unlocks them.
Dye lots vary slightly, as they do with every supplier. For one piece, order all the length at once — it is the only way to be sure it all comes from the same lot. Photographs are taken in neutral light with no colour retouching.
We carry them back from Istanbul ourselves, in luggage, in small quantities. Each product page states the origin and the packaging. We only sell what we have seen and handled.
Yes, within 7 days of delivery if you change your mind, for an item unopened and in its original packaging: a started spool or a cut length cannot then be taken back, that is the nature of the goods. A faulty item, or one that is not what you ordered, is always taken back at our cost. You request it from your order's tracking page.
Report it from the tracking page, with a photo if you can. A mistake on our side — wrong reference, wrong colour, damaged in transit — is replaced or taken back at our cost, with no argument about the window.
You pay nothing, but the parcel comes back to us and we carry the round-trip freight. If you are no longer sure about an order, say so on the confirmation call — cancelling before it ships costs nobody anything.
Yes. Any item that is faulty or not what you ordered is taken back at our cost if you tell us shortly after delivery, and appliances, instruments and tools also carry the legal warranty, whose length is shown on each product’s page. The details are in our return policy.
Only people who have received their order can leave a review, from their account. Every review is read before it is published, to set aside what is off-topic or abusive, never to set aside criticism. Reviews appear on a product’s page once it has enough of them.
It is how the courier reaches you, and it is also your login — no password to remember. The 6-digit code exists only to check the number is yours. We never use it for advertising.
No, never. It is there to send you your receipt and delivery updates. Offers and new arrivals are a separate checkbox, unticked by default — giving an address subscribes you to nothing.
